Everyone can use the Lübeck University Library. For this purpose, an extensive inventory is made available that can be viewed without restrictions. Users, that are not affinitated to the TH Lübeck, the University of Lübeck or the UKSH Lübeck, have to pay a fee.
Some of the stocks can also be ordered from the magazine (inaccessible area in the basement). An overview of the locations can be found under "Introductions & help with library use".

You must register to use the lending service. There you will receive a library card or activate the student card of the University of Lübeck or the University of Applied Sciences Lübeck for library use.

To loan you can :

• borrow at our loan desk (during the opening hours of our loan desk) 
• use our loan machine in the ground floor next to to information desk (during the entire opening hours)
