The learning charrels can be booked from Monday to Friday with a freely selectable start time and duration of use. On Saturdays and Sundays the charrels can be booked all day.
Booking is done via Affluences (https://affluences.com/zentrale-hochschulbibliothek).

The ventilation is designed for one person only, so use is only permitted for one person.

You need a valid email account of the University of Lübeck or the TH Lübeck for the validation email.

You also need a vaild library account to get the key. The keys may not be given to other people.
Your library account can be set up during our service times (Mon - Fri 09:00 to 18:00 and Sat 09:00 - 13:00).

For validitation of your library account:

• Self check for validity 
  (The number starting with 0841... on your student ID is your library ID. The default password is your birthday with DDMMYY - for example March 5 2001 -> 050301)
• New registration (only at our service times)

The keys must then be returned to the loan desk.
